The jewellery featured on this website is offered as part of my retirement collection. Customers pay the applicable shipping fee shown during checkout.

While every effort is made to accurately display my jewellery, colours may appear slightly different depending on your device or screen settings.

I reserve the right to:

• Limit quantities purchased by any customer.

4. Prices & Payment

Shipping fees are displayed in Singapore Dollars (SGD) during checkout.

Payment must be successfully received before an order is dispatched.

5. Shipping

Orders are shipped throughout Singapore.

Estimated delivery times are provided for guidance only and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, public holidays, operational disruptions, or other circumstances outside my reasonable control.

6. Returns & Refunds

I offer a 90-day return policy.

Returned jewellery must:

• Be unworn and undamaged.
• Be returned in its original packaging.
• Include all original tags where applicable.

Personalised items and products marked as non-returnable cannot be returned unless otherwise required by applicable Singapore consumer protection laws.

To request a return:

1. Contact info@jennifertan-jewellery.com with your order number.
2. Wait for return instructions.
3. Return the item using the address provided.

Unless the item is faulty or supplied incorrectly, return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

As the jewellery itself is provided free of charge, refunds under my voluntary return policy apply only to the shipping fee paid. This does not limit any statutory remedy that may apply under Singapore law.

7. Faulty or Incorrect Products

If you receive an incorrect or faulty item, please contact me within 7 days of delivery and include photographs where possible.

Where required under applicable Singapore consumer protection laws, I will provide an appropriate remedy, which may include:

• A replacement, or
• A refund where appropriate.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any statutory rights or remedies you may have under applicable Singapore consumer protection laws, including the Consumer Protection (Fair Trading) Act 2003.
